The Studio

Vajra Pilates and Muscle Activation is not your typical Pilates studio. It is located inside the Athletic Training Institute (ATI) in Bellevue, WA, a private gym designed for the clinical provision of MAT and individualized exercise programs. Vajra Pilates and Muscle Activation has the full spectrum of Peak Pilates Equipment, Balanced Body Pilates Equipment, Keiser Performance Air Resistance Equipment as well as Bosu balanced trainers, medicine balls, hand weights and a vast resource of Pilates props and strength training tools...
